Some more Chicken&Duck Shoyu

Made some more chicken & duck shoyu; I like this photo a bit less than my other posts.. not sure why. Plating is okay but the composition, maybe adding the Onigiri partially in frame was a bad idea but, overall, this bowl was straight FIRE and I’m loving the growth I’ve had in my ramen game.
