    The pasta is excellent, and the sauce looks great. One suggestion about the proportions: use less sauce. That will allow the layers to cook and blend better, reinforcing the taste. Also, I wouldn’t grate that cheese on top as a decoration, I really like seeing the roasted surface of lasagne.
    For the rest, amazing job!

    Serve it sideways on a bed of sauce and I’m devouring it.
    Serve it whole, and I don’t want to feel like I’m killing Ned Stark when I’m cutting it.
