Great macros but I have to wonder how far a single teaspoon of cream cheese goes?? If you’re open to suggestions, my favorite high protein/low cal snack is turkey/low carb tortilla/spinach and the don pancho cilantro lime crema from Costco—it’s 40 cal for 2 tbsp. Seems easy enough to recreate at home too with similar macros with Greek yogurt/sour cream/light mayo + lime + cilantro + onion powder/spices/seasoning/salt to taste
