• Bay leaves
• Dried lime, pierced
• Cinnamon quill
• Wakame
• Celery, chopped
• Ginger root, chopped
• Allspice or Lebanese 7 spice
• Salt
• Cumin powder
• Coriander powder
• Black peppercorns
• Water

Topping
• Pine nuts
• Slivered almonds
• Neutral oil

Mushrooms (“Fish”)
• Oyster mushrooms
• Cumin powder
• White pepper powder
• Salt
• Coriander powder
• Allspice or Lebanese 7 spice
• Neutral oil (such as avocado oil)
