Fried once a couple days ago and then airfried on 400 for about 10 minutes. Nice and crispy. Sauce is sweet baby rays wing with powdered garlic, splash of red wine vinegar, crystal hot sauce, black pepper, and cayenne.

Those are holding the sauce very nicely. Id consider adding a squirt of ranch to your sauce. I find sweet baby rays mixed with ranch to make a pretty good sauce on the fly.
