I love the yolk sluice.
missilltellyouwhat
I’m pretty sure that’s burrata, not eggs. Eggs wouldn’t have those stretch marks.

Lol at the crappy hash brown plonked in the corner
gingerzombie2
Is that some kind of build your own Benedict situation?

Thats a wood plate
And it looks fucking delicious
rostov007
This one actually makes sense. A plate would be huge if it had room for all that
laminatedbean
Burrata?

WiltingPothos
That’s clearly mozzarella or burrata, not eggs

Are you in Melbourne per chance? Because this is the most Melbourne thing I’ve ever seen on this sub 🤣

Weird wood board but I gotta admit, lovely looking eggs.
My mum and I used to make them. Pretty easy.
Get a medium sized mug, put some plastic wrap over the top with enough room for an egg, drop said egg on it, then carefully tie up the top of the plastic.
Drop it into boiling water and voilà, you get home made poached eggs
electricookie
How do they clean these? These’s no way they can be sterilized enough to prevent cross contamination in a restaurant
Rhelino
The fact that these eggs were obviously poached in a plastic bag (instead of the real way) in a RESTAURANT is ridiculous.
