Approx 260 calories in the picture. This is so decadent and I've been eating a variation of this every day for lunch paired with a protein shake! It is low in protein on it's own but it would go great with greek yogurt. It does have 50g carbs from the fruit. Before I had an air fryer I would make it in a small saucepan and it is much the same.

Base 180 calories: Air fry for 20min on 400C, stirring after ten minutes, add more water if you want more sauce

  • 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks ~95 cal, 25 g carbs, 4 g fiber, 0.5 g protein
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh but doesn't have to be) ~85 cal, 21 g carbs, 3.5 g fiber, 1 g protein
  • 3/4 packet of sweet & low
  • cinnamon
  • a few tbsp of water & a pinch of salt

Fixings:

  • frozen lite cool whip, 3 tbsp: ~40 cal, 2.5 g fat (2.5 g saturated), 4 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 2 g sugar, 0.1 g protein
  • If you want more pie crust /crumble feel (not in the picture): sprinkle with a couple tbsp quaker harvest crunch ~65 cal, 2.5 g fat, 10 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 1.5 g protein

The version in the picture is ~260 cal, 3.3 g fat (2.5 g saturated), 50 g carbs, 8 g fiber, 36 g sugar, 1.7 g protein
