In the back is my collection of hot sauces acquired while on vacation. I returned with 10 different hot sauces from Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. I love those countries and if I’m missing out on any of your favorite hot sauces from those countries, please let me know. My current favorite is Aruba’s Hot Delight Papaya in Mild. There’s a hotter version but the flavor of the Mild one is outstanding.
