Smoked for 3hrs between 290 and 330 then wrapped in foil and let rest for 3 minutes before chopping and drenching in mild sauce atop some jerk rice

    I always smoke the rib tips after I cut up a spare rib but I feel like I’m the only one who eats them outta my gf n her kids when I smoke ribs so I’ve resorted to putting some in the freezer. Made carnitas with them once in the crock pot and they turned out good tho

    That looks great. Throw a couple of rubbed chicken breasts on there next time and make chicken salad for the next few days…so good
