I don’t know where the carpaccio part comes from but mixing onions and capers and savories with watermelon is delicious. I also like it with mustard how do you like that and grilled even better
Of course it’s also delicious with feta cheese absolutely spectacular

No idea what carpaccio is, but I make basically just this, but tossed with balsamic vinegar, and it’s fuckin amazing.
