Yo, this is how you make chicken teriyak in 10 minutes. Ooh, first thing first, chop about 450 g of chicken thigh. Chop this up to bite size. Boom. So, just like that. High heat. Two cups of water. Bring that to boil. Throw in the chicken in there. While we’re waiting for that, we’re going to chop up some vegetables. Onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper. Once that’s boiling, take all the napa noms out. Take one cup of chicken stock from here. Now, we’re going to make the sauce. 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of garlic, and a half a tablespoon of ginger. Give that a nice little mix. Throw that right into the pot again. Here, some slurry for the sauce to thicken. Remember the chicken that we made the chicken teriyaki sauce with? High heat. Little splash of oil. Chicken in. Sauté for like a minute or two. Throw my onion, bell peppers in there. Throw in my sauce in there. See that sauce sticking all over your chicken? Sizzle pan right here. Throw my chicken teriyaki in here. This is usually a rice dish, but today I made it into a udon dish. Some sesame seed. All right, moment of truth. Hm.
