My first Berthe, and first mustard tin

So first time trying this brand and first time trying a mustard tin. I have read other people's reviews saying some mustard tins cans be too sweet. This was not the case. Nice mackerel filets, that held firm in a creamy mustard sauce. Think almost a mustard pan sauce for a chicken dish at a restaurant. The mackerel itself was solid, not fishy at all and the aroma was very mild. The mustard sauce had almost no sweetness, with subtle mustard notes. It's almost like a gravy. Could have been plussed up with a touch more acid, a touch more salt, and some chive or fresh herbs. Overall impressive first showing from Berthe for me, I would %100 but this can again. 8/10.
