We did the couscous, and I browned the butter. I also added the cilantro to the yogurt sauce, added extra garlic all around, and marinated the chicken for most of the morning.
So yummy! Does anyone know what is in the Tunisian spice blend? It was so good.

**TUNISIAN SPICE BLEND**
4 parts ground caraway seed
4 parts ground coriander
4 parts smoked paprika
4 parts turmeric
4 parts chili powder
4 parts garlic powder
1 part cayenne pepper [7.5 k (hu)]
1 part cinnamon
1 part ground black pepper
I love that one, it was sold out before I had a chance to add it! I’m definitely watching out for it to come around again.
