    All over the place. Meat was probably thawed too quickly and definitely put on heat source way too cold.

    I think it really wanted to be rare, but tried extremely hard to be med rare, but its outer rings gave up and quit trying, and just lay there and turned well done gray.

    Looks between medium and medium rare to me. I would say higher end of medium rare.

    Medium rare inside but the outer bits are meduim well. Looks delicious.
