Six years after moving to Austin, I finally tried Franklin Barbecue

Even before moving here, people recommended that I try Franklin, but the long lines always kept me from going.

I finally went, and it was amazing. Also, since one of my friends knows Aaron, I got a “tour” of the smokers.
