This Fudgy brownie is insane 😍
Fudgy: 1 cup- 220 of unsalted butter
Firm: 175g
1/4 cup – 40g of coffee (optional)
1/2 cup- 50g of cocoa powder
6 oz – 200g of 70% dark chocolate
3 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)
3 eggs room temp
1/2 cup- 100g of brown sugar
1 3/4 cup- 190g powdered or icing sugar
1/2 cup- 70g of wheat flour
1 tbsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cup- 180g of chocolate semisweet.
Bake at 180• for 30 minutes!
Let it cool for 1 or 2 HOURS before cutting ✨
