Habanero smoked coho by Wildfish Cannery
I just love this can and as many times as I have had it, it never gets old and always delivers for me.
There is something about this that feeds a part of my soul that only it has access to.
Smokey, salty, a slight sweetness and that beautiful habanero hot sauce brings in the perfect amount of heat for me. There is such a depth of flavor amd it is so well rounded. I fully apperciate this bad boy every single time I have one.

Kudos as always to Wildfish Cannery !

Things that didn’t exist before reddit:

    1) flexing your tinned fish collection.

Is this a store or someone’s house, lol.

I like your reviews. I like that you use chopsticks, they’re ideal for getting the delicate fish out without breaking (even though they often break anyways.) I actually get a little jump scare of surprise when I see them come into frame, “he knows the secret too?!” You should try Sanniti mackerel in tomato sauce if you somehow haven’t. Super good. Also seeing those Scout cans in the background leads me to ask if you have the tinned lobster that still has the butter? When they switched away from the butter it was a serious loss. I used to love putting it in Mac and cheese. Anyways, looking forward to more reviews!

  7. Tried this and the birch syrup recently. Both were great but I preferred the birch syrup. Thought the Habanero was a bit salty and was hoping for more heat. Still delicious but wish I bought more of the birch!

How did you accumulate all of that fish behind you?

One of my favorite tins and ones that I don’t have an issue splurging on. Fortunately/unfortunately, the most economical way for me to get them is bulk directly from Wildfish Cannery but well worth it. One of the few that I can really eat just straight up.
