    For those interested in the recipe, I followed the one from the King Arthur Flour 200th anniversary cookbook, which is generally a variation of their hearth bread recipe. I would like to make this again trying other recipes; there seem to be a lot of variations out there.

    They look absolutely perfect! I just tracked down a KA Engilish Muffin recipe. I will have to substitute cornmeal for the semolina flour.
