I’m going to make a tomato feta pasta bake with just a few simple ingredients. All you need is a little feta cheese, some cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and olive oil for the first part, which we’ll put in a 9 by13 pan. Put in a drizzle of olive oil with that brick of feta cheese. Pour the cherry tomatoes around your feta cheese and toss in the garlic. A little salt and pepper. And you’re going to bake at 400°. While the tomatoes and cheese bake for 30 to 40 minutes, we will boil our pasta. Salt the water generously and bring to a boil. [Music] Any 16 oz box of pasta will do, but here are two of my favorites. Boil the pasta according to the box directions. Drain the pasta, reserving one cup of pasta water. It’s time to pop the cherry tomatoes and mix in the cheese. Be sure to get the garlic, too. Add a half a cup or one cup of pasta water and your noodles. Stir to combine. A little chopped fresh basil on top is always nice. And there you have it, a feta tomato pasta bake. Visit Time to Cook with Susan Beck for more delicious recipes and this complete recipe.
