Hey guys, im a frequent thai town enjoyer, and my faborite khao soi is made by Saoha. If you've been to Wat thai temple, or various street food events you may have seen them. They make an amazing khao soi.
They just opened a restaurant in Studio city, its still in the soft open phase but the noodles and broth are as good as ever. Imo the classic stewed beef is their best option. Its a family who runs it, they are from a village near chaing mai, and IMO its the best Khao soi in LA.
