1 babybel white cheddar – 70 kcal
6 turkey meatballs – 120 kcal
63g of toasted Aldi sourdough bread – 132 kcal
2 eggs – 143 kcal
Roasted red pepper feta dip on the toast – 118 kcal
Crispy garlic chili oil – 30 kcal
Pickled beets – 15 kcal
Total: 628kcal for breaking fast/3 pm lunch
Got 40g of protein for the plate and full as hell so whatever you can judge me a little lol. I love making random platters. I wanna hear the weirdest or most unlikely but delicious volume combos you’ve come up with, go!:
