We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
Quiches: I put some, diced bacon, diced mushrooms, peppers and chopped green onion, plus shredded cheese in tart shells, then used a small condiment bottle to fill them with eggs. (eggs were whisked until mixed with a couple tbsp of milk per 8 eggs, and some salt and pepper) Baked on a tray at 350 until the egg is cooked through.
Apple Pie: I had leftover tarts! I peeled and diced a macintosh apple. Add 1 tbsp each of brown sugar and flour, 1 tsp each of cinnamon and lemon juice. Toss to coat, put about a tbsp of filling in the tart and sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake at 400 for 25ish minutes.
