Tried waiting in like twice at 8am and both times I couldn’t get in before my kid started crying. Finally got in today and wow the hype is real.

Cinnamon bun is S-tier and the chilaquiles sandwich is a must try. Big fan of chips in any sandwich and this was awesome with the slightly soggy, crunchy texture with plenty of salsa (I got mine with chorizo), queso fresco and cheese. Bread is underrated here too. They either bake it in house or get really nice French bread, not the typical telera bun.

Also wanted to mention it’s great to see the community still getting out and coming together amidst the craziness going on. Thanks pan artesanal for the reason to get out + the top tier food
