All right y’all. I have my largest order to date coming up! 200 cookies!
What are your tips to get these out in a timely manner and to remain sane at the same time?
How do I figure out how much dough/icing I need so I’m not making last minute runs to the store or making multiple batches over and over? (I have a 15qt mixer)
There are 6 designs, 33 cookies each. I kind of planned on baking early and freezing, decorating only one design at a time.
Is there anything I am missing?
Bonus question: What show/podcast should I put on in the background? I like comedy and true crime.

No baking tips, but if you “like” bad movies, How Did This Get Made is a go-to! Plus, if you have access to a TV, you can watch the movies before listening to the ep – most are better as “backgrpund” movies when youre doing other tasks, but can still understand enough nonsense happening to understand the pod. Or plenty of people dont even watch the movies to listen, I didnt when I started! And Congrats! Those all look amazing, im finally getting back interested in hobby baking and its been fun finding the fun in it again!
If you like comedy and true crime together check out Small Town Murder podcast!
I weigh my cookies not iced and iced to calculate how much dough and icing I will need for big orders.
