I don’t have many opportunities to cook steak. I was happy with this one. Maybe a little over cooked for what I was aiming for but it tasted great (steak). Reverse sear and all that.

I think that’s about as well prepared as a steak can get without getting insane with the tools and sauces. Got the crust, pink inside, tons of juice. Excellent.
