Cinnamon maple brown sugar


I was kinda going for those Quaker instant maple and brown sugar oatmeal I used to have all the time as a kid. So theres a cinnamon base, with brown sugar and cinnamon streusel, and a slightly reduced maple syrup

    Cinnamon brown sugar sweet cream base
    • 2 cup Heavy cream 
    • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 2 pasteurized eggs

    Cinnamon Streusel
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
    • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp fine salt
    • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled 85g

    And then I just put some maple syrup into a sauce pan until it reduced by a third
