






Hey everyone! I’ve been posting the past couple weeks about my pop up and I’ve received great feedback and energy from several of you. I’ve been saying the past weekend or two about how lucky I feel that this subreddit isn’t overrun by trolls, gives me great hope that I’ll continue to meet many cool new people as I continue this project.
This week I’m changing the beef option back to the Wagyu Ara’yes and also adding in “Swordfish Alambres”.
The lovely gluttonous feast you order at a taco truck or stand originally came to Mexico by way of the Lebanese immigration bringing with them not just shawarma but also kebabs. Kebabs being cooked on metal skewers essentially became “Alambres” or “Wire”.
 I won’t have many because I only purchased a finite amount of swordfish.  But it’ll be tasty! Schedule and address on the last slide.
