  1. Looks awesome OP! I’ve only used my Vortex probably twice. A big turn off for my family is the myoglobin (I believe that’s what it is) that oozes out when cooking. The chicken’s to temp but seeing the myoglibin makes them think it’s raw. How do you guys avoid the oozet? Am I doing something wrong? I don’t seem to see other pics posted here with that issue.

    Vortex rules! Best accessory for all of the chicken pieces. Love doing quarters on it. They can get a little tricky if they’re too big.
