Started rolling smoke around 6am, hit the stall and wrapped around 2pm, pulled to rest at 4, served at 6. Killer Hogs AP and original, no binder.

I started cutting my pork butter the same way last year to add extra crust, crazy to see that again here. Looks fantastic. And here I was thinking I was original lol.

Try the charcoal snake method, easier once you’re smoking… just rotate the grate and the hole in the lid.
