For dinner tonight, I’m making my honey garlic air fryer salmon. This is one of the meals I’ve been eating on rotation to help me with my weight loss. So, I have it for 375 for 15 minutes. The honey garlic sauce is so easy. You just need butter. Of course, the garlic and the honey garlic. Can you guess what’s next? Honey, just a little bit. Soy sauce. And I like a splash of balsamic vinegar. Put the salmon flush side down cuz I want to soak up that sauce. And here’s the salmon. During my weight loss journey, I really prioritize protein and fiber.   1. I really like your cookings but in here you mix honey with other ingredients in high temperature. I heard that when heated honey could be poisonous. Please elaborate when you got a chance.
