My husbands uncle is opening a farm stand and asked me to make canned goods. After a week of researching how to do licensing and insurance I finally said yes. This weekend I canned 175 jars. I’m dead on my feet and still have more to do.

    Dude… this is INSANE work! I can’t imagine the setup / breakdown / dishwashing, let alone the amount of *water work* between!!

    Wow that’s alot of work in one wknd. I start canning in June and finish anytime in October. Usually 1 or 2 projects a week.
