Looking for the best store bought (cooking instructions do not matter) dumpling both meat or vegetarian that are super low-cal compared to the portion size. Not a three dumpling kind of person!
The cilantro chicken mini won tons from Costco / Trader Joe’s. 8 of them are 130 calories. I’m usually full after eating 12. They’re super good in a bowl of miso broth.

I like Shirakiku pork & vegetable gyoza. It’s 7 normal sized dumplings for 240 calories, that taste just like the ones you’d get pan fried at a restaurant.

The soup ones from Trader Joe’s, and I think the LingLing brand is pretty low cal

Aldi has a microwavable soup dumpling (6 dumplings for 240 calories) that is quick, easy, and certainly tasty enough. It’s a must-grab for me now! I think they have pork and chicken flavors.

I’m literally eating these exact dumplings right now

Hmart has these leek gyoza which are a decent size. 8 for 190 calories I dip in seasoned vinegar and Korean pepper flakes. Honestly 5-6 is a filling amount I have as a side.

I like [bibigo](https://www.bibigousa.com/collections/dumplings) chicken & vegetable steamed dumplings. A pack of 6 dumplings is 250 calories and 15 grams of protein.
