– prepare everything you need right away: from products to inventory
– use special rice for risotto, such as arborio

– warm the rice for 2-3 minutes
– choose a dry white wine (for example, Soave). It helps to extract even more starch from the rice, enrich the dish with aroma and add depth of taste
– add hot broth gradually so that the grains open evenly
– the heat should be medium so that the risotto boils a little
– stir the dish every 30 seconds
– at the end add butter and parmesan for perfect tenderness and creamy consistency
