  1. Look for Pumfu, a pumpkin seed-based tofu alternative, high in protein, which can be found at various grocery stores. The brand I eat is called Foodies. I am allergic to soy and eat pumfu plain, in salads, and in Ramen as a delicious high protein staple, which is primarily made of pumpkin seeds and filtered water. I purchase Pumfu at Whole Foods and strongly encourage this high protein food.
