Made my first pulled pork yesterday and it turned out pretty good.

I ran out of fuel after about 10-11 hours so had to finish it in the oven as it was late also. Only used half a basket though.

The only other issue I had was it was so salty. I had dry brined it with salt overnight and then applied the rub so next time will remove the salt after and add a saltless rub.

Still, not bad for a first go and KJ was awesome!
