I recently went to LØYROM in Bangkok for their special event called "Nordic Sky" — a three-day collab with the team from Michelin-starred Restaurant Olo in Helsinki. The vibe at LØYROM is already beautiful — kind of like a calm garden tucked away in the city — and the food completely matched that elegance.

Here are a few standout dishes from the night:

🥄 Snack: Sour cream and caviar – smooth, rich, and the perfect bite to start with.

🐚 Starter: Scallop with sunflower seed miso and browned butter – buttery, nutty, and full of umami.

🐦 Main course: Pigeon with fermented potato and chanterelle butter sauce – deep flavors, slightly gamey, and super well-balanced.
