Matcha Ramen from Mensho Sydney.
Uses their signature toripaitan as it's base, tender duck chashu and fried enoki as toppings.
While the matcha gives it an interesting look, it's not something you really taste in this tbh, but a solid bowl of ramen regardless.

Looks interesting… first time I’ve seen matcha ramen. Was the broth still good?
Almost got this at their Yoyogi spot the other day. Looks fun.
