Thoroughly enjoyed this. Not cheap, but worth the extra money above Bollinger's NV. If you like a more oxidative style that is complex, refined and conservatively dosed this is a great benchmark. Yellow apple, lemon, chamomile, honey, brioche, creme brûlée. Fine bubbles. Perfectly dosed.
