    FYI I skipped the cold proof this time and sprinkled with sesame seeds after shaping… I did a 2 hour room temp proof instead. Usually I will score the bread after the first 7 minutes of baking but I forgot. I kinda like the outside like this, kinda looks like a big pretzel 🥨.

    Looks delicious! What’s the size of your loaf pan? Also, do your regular sourdough loaves have the same soft crust as this loaf?
