First time posting some of my cooking. Love roasting a rack of lamb. Topped with a pistachio and mint “chimichurri”.

  1. Love a good rack. So good on the bbq with a marinade ive been working on, the charred fatty bits are the best

I used to raise sheep growing up so now I don’t like them. The butchering and eating them didn’t bother me, but now they always taste like how they smelled when alive. Only other protein I notice is as much is moose.

  3. I love lamb and roast rather it well and my two guys hate lamb. They’ve even had it at a restaurant. I tried to explain how half the world loves it but no.

Love it but it’s not available a lot here and expensive to custom order so I haven’t bought any in a few years

I love beef but lamb is even more delicious

Love it, but once you’ve had Emglish spring lamb your world changes.

I have yet to have a piece of lamb that I enjoyed. I’ve had it 3 times. Once was disgusting and so greasy, the other 2 were just meh.

I’d prefer it in here <points at mouth>

I would love rack of lamb, but I can only find the small racks here, where each rib has one bite on it and is mostly bone. Where can you find the bigger racks?

Hate it – have tried it so many times but it’s just the grossest funkiest meat to me.

I eat lamb chops at least once a week if not twice. It’s still cheaper than steak and I’ve always loved lamb

Lamb is my absolute favorite protien. But its stupid expensive where I live and when I find it, its usually imported from Australia. So its a treat to make a leg every six or eight months
