Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic, thyme, and lemon pepper with 1 lb ground turkey or chicken. Spread in a thin layer on 12 small or 6 medium tortillas. Cook 4-5 minutes meat side down and 1 minute tortilla side down, then form into taco shape. Stuff with Caesar salad and serve.
