    Looks really good to me.

You will harshly judge another’s id guess 😆

  2. Spinal_Soup

Cook at a lower temp if you don’t want a well done spinalis. I usually cook at 225F then broil for a couple mins at the end to get a crust.

No, let the next generation have a shot. You’ve been promoted to green beans, congratulations!

I can’t imagine how that could look any better! Let me know if you have leftovers

  5. TyrantusPrime

It all looks delicious, though I’d take au jus over the horseradish.

Looks like a great roast to me. If anyone would turn down a serving of this, let them speak now or forever hold their peace.

I’m not sure who you’re up against, but that looks hard to beat.

It looks great. Why didn’t you cook it on the bone though?

All those in favor of inviting you to cook this for Thanksgiving in place of a turkey say I

Looks great what’s the recipe if you don’t mind me asking.

Looks damn good, except I really like it as rare as possible without the fat being rubbery. Super tough to nail that.

Man the crust is beautiful I can almost taste it

Every year. Tis your blessing and your curse

  14. Yup, just throw
Some au jus in there and horseradish sauce … and you’re good to go !

Hard to say, I think you should send me some so
    I can judge more accurately

Looks like I’m going to have to learn how to make it in the oven this year. I’ve been doing it on the grill for the past 15 years and now I’m moving some place where I can’t have a grill.

Fat rendered down a lil, but still nice and pink and juicy? Over here, please. 🍽️

    Image #4 looks OUTSTANDING 🤤🤤🤤
You’re hired!!!! Just curious, what temp, and how long? Low and slow….. is best

You shouldn’t even have to ask that prime rib looks perfect! Love how the sides balance it too. You’ve got both comfort food and fine dining energy on one plate.
