Going back to Buffalo tomorrow – Doc Sullivan’s or Sonny Red’s?
Going back to Buffalo tomorrow; coming from Erie and trying to grab wings on the way in – whittled it down to Doc Sullivan’s or Sonny Red’s, which should I try next?

I’ll take heat from this I’m sure, but at this point in time, are wings actually better in Buffalo than nearly anywhere else in the country? Back in the 60-70s, sure, but the difference now has to be minimal.

If you’re strictly choosing between those two then the answer is Sonny Red’s. Their house Hot and Medium sauces are awesome. I am not a huge fan of their gimmicky wings like General Tso’s but the Nashville Hot are pretty good too
