This weekends smoke, overnight brisket,I will never cook a brisket a different way again. It was so juicy after a 4 hour rest it flooded over the cutting board on the floor but the dogs didnt mind. Also tossed some wings (sweet dry rub, Alabama white sauce, buffalo)
