Around 5 hours at 175-185, smoke tube. Pulled when the Meater said 140 and the Traeger probe said 150. It was perfect. Super moist and tender.

I had some leftover smoked pork loin in the fridge. Grabbed a can of beans, added onion, pepper, tomato, S&P. Fantastic pork and beans.
