Is there anywhere to get the bizcochos made in Cayambe, Ecuador in New York?

I apologize if I’m saying the name wrong. I took a trip to Ecuador and we visited a cafe called Bizcochos San Pedro in Cayambe. Does anyone know if there is anywhere in New York City (or surrounding area) to get these same cookies? I’ve been thinking about them, they were so amazing with the cheese and the dulce de leche. Any spots here that make them authentic? Thanks!
