Okay, I’m going to show you how to make my most favorite pasta in all the world. I do it for a quick pasta and it’s my favorite. You’re going to get some mozzarella ravioli. Okay, I’m not going to show you how to do that. You’re just going to boil some water, put some salt in it, and boil that. But where the secret comes in is the sauce. I’m going to show you the basics, but it’s completely customizable. Make it your own. Uh use more or less whatever I’m telling you. Add your own fancy ingredients, whatever you want. All right, step one, half a stick of butter. It’s a little more than a half a stick, but whatever. All right, a healthy scoop of garlic in there. I love these onions. Okay, I add these onions into it. Bunch of those sundried tomatoes. Sometimes I switch that out for like sundried tomato pesto, but I don’t have any. I do a little swirly whirly of that. This is my secret ingredient. Okay, it’s the tomato bullion. The flavor, it’s amazing. So, I just put a bunch in there like that. Optional, but it makes it thicker and delicious. A little bit of ricotta. I’m making a big batch, so this is my ricotta piece. Do a little squeak. I probably need to turn this sucker down. Woo. And then we’ll slowly add a bunch of heavy whipping cream. Here is what we have now. Little bit of lemon juice. Like not a crazy amount. Just a little bit. Like that. So good. We have basil outside, so I’m going to go find some. All right, welcome to our overgrown garden. Just going to take a few of these leaves right here. And then we’ll do a swirly whirly of that. You just don’t even understand. Oh my god, this is so good. You can also put parmesan cheese in there. You can put parmesan cheese on top. You can use regular pesto instead of sundried tomato pesto or sundried tomatoes. Mom is delicious.

  2. I LOVE that tomato bullion but the amount of sodium is literally insane. I found a liquid tomato bullion by the same brand and it has much less sodium. In case anyone else has to limit sodium it's an awesome option!

  4. I'm just tickled that I scrolled through a bunch of comments and didn't see one mention of "Why aren't you wearing gloves, a hairnet? Why isn't' your hair tied back? Why are you licking that spoon?" All the normal stuff most of us do! Looks delicious!

  7. If your budget is tight, you can substitute cream cheese for the ricotta. The flavor is slightly less sweet so you can add a teaspoon, or tablespoon, of sugar to make it sweeter and it will reduce the acidity of the tomatoes.

  8. I make something similar, and it's soooo good. I like to add a healthy scoop/shake of crushed red pepper and deglaze with white wine 🥰

  13. I do a similar thing but I make it the easy way with mixing spaghetti sauce, sun dried tomato pesto, and Parmesan Alfredo sauce, add some garlic and a bit of seasonings and done. Makes the best creamy tomato sauce!
