An extremely tasty and versatile range of hot sauces here in Thailand. I love the LVL 3 ghost pepper sauce which manages to bring on the heat while maintaining its delicious smokey flavour. They skipped LVL 4 and went straight to 5 for the reaper, which given the increase in heat, makes a lot of sense.
The smaller bottles mean I can conveniently keep one in my car, my office desk, and in my man bag. … don't judge.
