This was a basic attempt with shaved sirloin, white onion, pickled banana peppers, green bell, mushrooms, provolone, and Kraft singles.

I did this last week. The Weber flattop insert for my Genesis 435 is, hands down, the best investment I’ve even made in my BBQ/grill gear, after the Genesis itself

I got a flattop insert for my Spirit last summer and it completely changed the game for weeknight dinners, especially for stuff like cheesesteaks and smash burgers. I barely touch my old cast iron pan anymore for indoor searing. There’s just something about doing it right on the grill that makes everything tastier, and the cleanup is so much easier too.
