Drizzle a little caramel sauce over them, dust them with a little powdered sugar, and viola, you’ve just invented macaron chips. $19 at a fancy restaurant near you. Alternatively, you could stack them with layers of whipped cream in between, sling a little raspberry jam around the plate and call it a napoleon.
